Introduction

This report provides very important information about the mixture of excellence skills available in a team, department, or unit. It links the results to the performance of the team as a whole in achieving the set goals and offers a detailed breakdown, showing how each individual's performance compares to the rest of the team. It provides solutions that make the work team work towards a common goal, achieve collective success, and foster unity. It is very useful when providing coaching or training for team leaders and team members or when setting development plans for team members based on actual performance gaps.
